Do referrals expire?
Your $25 credit stays on file for 12 months from the date the referred neighbor books. Plenty of time to use it whenever your next haul comes up.
Does the referred neighbor need to mention my name?
Nope — we tag the referral to your name when you submit the form. When we call the neighbor, we mention that you sent us their way.
Can businesses or property managers refer?
Yes. Realtors, property managers, contractors, and estate attorneys are among our biggest referrers. We're happy to structure a volume arrangement if you refer regularly.
